The rapid developments of the network technology and the changes of the studying environment highlight the problems of the college students’ learning motivation. The core aim of the study is to make a research of the current situation and the influential factors of college students’ learning motivation under the network environment, taking common course Modern Educational Technology as an Example so as to improve the students’ learning motivation and lay a solid foundation of their future study and work. The study uses the method of literature study toward the relevant works of learning motivation and makes an deep analysis of the current situation and the influential factors of college students’ learning motivation under the network environment is carried out under the background of the network environment in t he era of information technology both at home and abroad.
