杭州电 杭州电子科技大学硕士学位论文 I I 摘要 随着现代经济以及科技的不断发展，物流服务在整个产业链中的重要性得到了越来越多 的重视。尤其是对制造企业来说，如何减少原材料采购、产品存储以及产品销售过程中的物 流成本是提升企业利润的关键环节。物流企业与制造企业的协同运作可以简化供应链中的交 易流程，减少企业间的交易成本，在提高运作效率的同时为企业节约成本。 本文回顾了协同物流的产生及其发展现状，总结了现阶段物流企业与制造企业的不同协 作模式。文章还对现有的针对物流企业的绩效评价方法进行了一定的探讨和分析，总结了现 有评价方法的优缺点。此外，文章阐述了协同学的产生、含义、研究对象及其原理和概念， 并且利用协同学原理对物流企业与制造企业协同运作体系进行了深入的描述和探讨。 在上述理论的支持下，本文通过对物流企业与制造企业的协同运作情况进行了深入的调 查和分析，结合以往的研究以及相关专家学者的意见，梳理出一系列适用于评价物流企业与 制造企业协同绩效的的评价指标。除此之外，本文还结合层次分析法以及模糊综合评价法构 建了一个适用于评价物流企业与制造企业协同运作绩效的多级模糊综合评价模型。该模型着 眼与物流企业与制造企业的协同运作绩效，而不单单是其中某一类企业的运作绩效，模型中 专门加入了协同运作能力这一维度，这些指标不仅仅反映了各个子系统的运作状况，更重要 的是能真实的反映协同运作的效率。 最后，本文通过对温岭市物流企业与当地汽摩配企业的协同运作情况进行实地调研，并 利用所构建的多级模糊综合评价模型对其进行评价分析，发现评价结果与实地调研结果较为 匹配，能有效的发现当地协同运作过程中存在的不足，为其更好的发展提供一定的借鉴和指 导意义。 关键词：物流企业，制造企业，协同运作，评价体系 II II ABSTRACT With the continuous development of economy and technology，the importance of logistics services in the whole industry chain has get more and more attention. Especially for manufacturing enterprises, how to reduce the raw material purchasing, storage cost and the logistics cost in the process of sales is the key to improve enterprise profits. Manufacturing companies and logistics companies work together to simplify the transaction process in the supply chain, reduce the transaction costs between enterprises, to improve operational efficiency and to save the cost for the enterprise. This article has a view of the arising and developing of collaborative logistics, and summarizes the different cooperative mode between manufacturing enterprises and logistics enterprises.
