I I 西部地区知识经济系统功能及其影响机制研究 摘要 本文在前人研究的基础之上，从系统论的角度来研究区域知识经济的发展状况，论 文提出了区域知识经济系统的概念，对区域知识经济系统功能的内涵进行了解析，并将 系统功能的影响因素划分为系统要素、系统结构、系统环境。基于“要素-结构-环境- 功能“的逻辑模型构建了指标体系，选取 1999-2011 年西部地区 11 个省份的数据，对 西部地区知识经济系统现状进行了分析，而后利用主成分分析法对数据进行降维处理， 并对西部地区知识经济系统的功能、要素、结构、环境进行了整体评价。利用主成分分 析结果运行结构方程模型，得到了要素、结构、环境对功能的影响程度和它们之间的相 关性。 基于结构方程的实证研究发现：我国西部地区知识经济系统功能主要是靠要素和环 境进行驱动，而系统结构对功能的影响程度很小，这说明西部地区知识经济系统结构还 处于低层次的结构，影响了西部地区知识经济系统功能的发挥，而且结构与要素、结构 与环境之间的相关系数也较小，并没有形成相互促进的局面。 最后，文章提出了强化西部地区知识经济系统功能的政策建议，保持经济产出功能、 社会功能的发挥，强化创新功能；加大要素投入，做好招商引资工作，加大人力资本和 信息技术设施的投入；进一步夯实经济基础，优化外部环境，加大政府支持力度；加大 知识产业的发展力度，优化市场结构。 关键词：西部地区 知识经济 系统功能 影响机制 结构方程 II II ANALYSIS OF KNOWLEDGE-BASED ECONOMY SYSTEMATICAL FUNCTIONS AND ITS IMPACT MECHANISM IN WESTERN CHINA ABSTRACT This paper, on the basis of previous studies, from the perspective of system study the regional development of knowledge-based economy, which also puts forward the concept of regional system of knowledge-based economy that analyzing the connotation of the systematical functions of regional knowledge-based economy, and dividing the influence factors of the systematical functions into system elements, structure and environment. Based on the -structure - environment - function elements of the logical model, the paper constructs the index system, selecting the economic data of 11 provinces from 1999-2011 in western China, and analyzes the current situation of the development of knowledge-based economy system in the western areas, and then used the principal component analysis (PCA) to deal with the data to dimension reduction, also carried on the overall evaluation on its function, elements, structure, and environment. Using the principal component analysis results to conduct structural equation model, and conclude the influence of the elements, structure and environment on the function and the correlation between them.
