I I 摘 要 啦啦队运动(cheerleading)是起源于美国的一项现代体育运动，是指在音 乐的衬托下，通过运动员完成高超的啦啦队特殊运动技巧并结合舞蹈动作，集 中体现青春活力、健康向上的团队精神，并追求最高团队荣誉感的一项运动。[1] 目前我国沿用美国的分类方式分为技巧啦啦队和舞蹈啦啦队两种。其中，技巧 啦啦队是指运用啦啦队各种基本手位、步伐、翻腾、托举、抛接、金字塔并结 合各种舞蹈、道具、口号等元素，利用多种空间转换、方向与队形变化展示出 高超的啦啦队运动的团队技能和项目特征。技巧啦啦队中的托举等难度动作需 要尖子和底座共同完成，尖子是在技巧动作或者抛掷时最上面的人；底座是直 接承受重量并与地面接触的人，他为其他人提供支持，并通过托、举、扔等帮 助尖子完成技巧动作。美国技巧啦啦队历经 100 多年的历史，其技术水平、发 展趋势等方面都具备了相当丰富的经验和基础。而啦啦队运动从 2001 年引入我 国的 10 年时间，虽然普及发展的速度较快，技术水平迅猛提高，但关于训练方 面的研究相对匮乏，尤其是对高校学生启蒙训练方面是少之又少。启蒙训练即 是对初学者的基本的、入门的训练过程，包括选材和训练。 本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、录像分析法、逻辑分析 法和数理统计法，对我国技巧啦啦队尖子的启蒙训练进行调查与研究，总结出 适用于我国技巧啦啦队尖子的启蒙训练方法，并得出以下结论：（1）目前，关 于我国高校技巧啦啦队尖子启蒙训练的情况不容乐观，存在选材面窄、师资力 量不足等诸多问题。（2）高校学生力量较好、柔韧性差、理解力强、协调性差 等特点导致了高校技巧啦啦队尖子启蒙训练的特殊性。（3）选材是技巧啦啦队 尖子启蒙训练的重要组成部分，分为初选、定向和决选，与启蒙训练的早期、 中期和后期三个阶段相对应。启蒙训练各阶段主要任务分别是培养兴趣；提高 基本运动素质、建立专项概念；建立良好专项技术动作结（4）尖子身体形态、 身体素质的训练至关重要，主要体现在核心力量训练方面，应贯穿于整个启蒙 训练过程中。以期为我国技巧啦啦队尖子的启蒙训练提供参考依据。 关键词：高校；技巧啦啦队；尖子；启蒙训练 II II ABSTRACT Cheerleading is a modern sport with the music which originated in the United States, it’s through the completion of the superb athlete sports skills, and special combining cheerleaders dance embodied the youthful, healthy team spirit, and pursuit of the highest honor. At present, China adopted the classification of the United States is divided into competitive cheerleading and cheerleading dance.
