毕 业 设 计 （ 论 文 ） 用 纸 PAGE 1 1 毕 业 设 计 （ 论 文 ） 用 纸 PAGE 综合研发楼施工组织设计 摘　　要 施工组织设计是建筑施工组织的核心和灵魂，以武汉铁路职业技术学院综合研发楼为研究对象，深入实践，理论联系实际，查阅相关资料，针对本工程自身特点，制定专项施工方案，制定组织设计。阐述了施工过程中常见问题及解决办法，经过验证方案切实可行，文中所述施工工艺及技术措施能较好的指导施工，使各分项工程质量、工期及成本得到有效控制，各阶段施工有序进行。 本设计主要包括以下内容：工程施工组织设计书、中英文翻译、施工平面布置图等。为确保工期、质量及安全、文明工地，节约成本等条件，编制出针对性的施工组织设计，每个分部分项工程的特点、结构特征、施工难易程度工期和质量要求，编制出切实可行的施工方案。以指导施工顺利地完成本工程项目的建设，控制工程成本，创建优质工程。 关键词：　施工组织设计；　施工方案；　施工工艺 Comprehensive Research Building Construction Organization Design Abstract Construction organization design is the core of construction organizations and soul.Comprehensive research and development building ,Which in Wuhan Railway Career Technical College , in-depth practice, theory with practice, access to relevant information for this project to develop a program of special construction, the development of organizational design.
