49例多发性肋骨骨折患者护理体会 　　【摘 要】目的：探究护理干预在多发性肋骨骨折患者中的应用效果，以便为临床工作提供指导。方法：选取2016年11月至2017年11月我院收治的49例多发性肋骨骨折患者，按照护理方式的差异将其分成两组，对照组24例给以常规护理，观察组25例给以综合护理，观察两组护理效果。结果：观察组平均胸管留置时间、平均住院时间均明显短于对照组；观察组并发症发生率为4.17%，对照组并发症发生率为20.0%，观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组；观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均明显低于对照组，以上数据经统计学分析后发现，P值均0.05，有统计学意义。结论：多发性肋骨骨折患者应用综合护理干预，可缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪，降低并发症发生率，缩短胸管留置时间和住院时间，值得推广。 　　【关键词】多发性肋骨骨折；综合护理；护理效果 　　Abstract Objective： To explore the effect of nursing intervention in patients with multiple rib fractures in order to provide guidance for clinical work. Methods： Forty-nine patients with multiple rib fractures admitted from November 2016 to November 2017 in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the different nursing methods. The control group of 24 patients were given routine nursing and the observation group of 25 patients Comprehensive care， observation of two groups of nursing effects. Results： The average duration of chest tube indwelling and the average length of hospital stay in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group. The incidence of complications was 4.17% in observation group and 20.0% in control group. Complication rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group Group； anxiety and depression scores were significantly lower than the control group， the above data by statistical analysis found that P values ？？ were 0.05， statistically significant.
