DRPACS在社区结核病中应用 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.14.56 　　基金项目 深圳市宝安区科技局科技计划项目-社会公益医疗卫生类（项目编号：2013164） 　　摘 要 目的：探讨DR+PACS在社区结核病中的应用价值。方法：2011年5月-2014年4月，利用DR数字化X机及其医学影像管理与传输系统（PACS）进行结核病诊断的调查和对比。结果：2011年5月-2012年4月未应用DR+PACS之前报告及确诊的结核病患者分别为14例和10例；2012年5月-2013年4月应用DR报告及确诊的结核病患者分别为21例和18例；2013年5月-2014年4月应用DR+PACS报告及确诊的结核病患者分别为37例和25例。结论：DR+PACS彻底解决了社区医疗设备差，结核病例数发现不足的问题；极大地提高了社区放射医师对结核病的诊断水平。 　　关键词 DR PACS 社区 结核病 　　The application of Digital X radiography（DR）and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems（APCS）in the tuberculosis of community 　　Qin Chaofeng，Peng Huarong，Cheng Zhengjian，Luo Dilin，Luo Yunfei，Qiu Xuke 　　The Shenzhen Shajing Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University，518104 　　Fandation item Shenzhen science and Technology Bureau of Anbao District science and technology project-public health class（NO：2013164） 　　Abstract Objective：To evaluate the application value of Digital Radiography（DR）and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems（APCS）in the tuberculosis of community.Methods：Using the Digital Radiography and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems to systematic investigate and compare to the diagnosis of tuberculosis in May 2011 to April 2014.Results：In cases，the case of community report and diagnosis of tuberculosis before the use of DR+PACS in May 2011 to April 2012 are 14 and 10.The case of community report and diagnosis of tuberculosis use of DR in May 2012 to April 2013 are 21 and 18.The case of community report and diagnosis of tuberculosis use of DR+PACS in May 2013 to April 2014 are 37 and 25.Conclusion：The application of DR+PACS in the community of tuberculosis can solve the poor community medical equipment completely and the tuberculosis finding hardly，and improve the community physician diagnosis of tuberculosis greatly. 　　Key words Digital Radiography（DR）；Picture Archiving and Communication Systems（APCS）；Community；Tuberculosis 　　我院和一社康中心于2012年5月开始使用数字化医用X线摄影系统（DR），并于2013年5月加装了医学影像管理与传输系统V7型（PACS V7），同年5月开始正式使用[1，
