不同裂纹深度的隐裂牙根管治疗效果研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究分析不同裂纹深度的隐裂牙根管治疗效果。 方法 将入该院进行治疗的隐裂牙患者72例作为研究对象，所有患者就诊时间为2016年3月―2017年3月期间，整群收集所有患者的临床资料，并对相关数据信息进行回顾性分析，对所有患者裂纹走向进行探查，根据患者裂纹的范围、深度分为3个等级，即为I度、II度和III度，每组人数分别为25例、37例以及10例，所有患者均进行根管治疗和全冠修复治疗，评价3组患者治疗效果，并进行对比、分析。结果 I度组治疗有效率92.00%与II度89.19%比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；I度组治疗有效率92.00%比III度30.00%组高，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；II度组治疗有效率89.19%比III度30.00%组高，数据差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 不同裂纹深度的隐裂牙根管治疗效果并不相同，临床上应注意做好诊断评估，以保证治疗效果。 　　[关键词] 裂纹深度；隐裂牙；根管治疗；效果 　　[中图分类号] R781 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）12（a）-0061-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To research and analyze the treatment effect of different crack depths of subfissure tooth root canal. Methods 72 cases of patients with cracked tooth treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as a group and the related data were reviewed and the crack directions of all patients were explored， and the patients were divided into three groups with 25， 37 and 10 cases in each according to the range and depth， namely I degree， II degree and III degrees， and all patients were treated with root canal and full crown restoration， and the treatment effect of the three groups was evaluated， compared and analyzed. Results There was no big difference in the treatment effective rate between patients in I degree and patients in II degree， （92.00% vs 89.19%）， without statistical significance（P0.05），and the treatment effective rate in the I group was higher than that in the III group， （92.00% vs 30.00%）， with statistical significance（P0.05）， and the 89.19% treatment effective rate in the II group was higher than that in the III group， （89.19% vs 30.00%）， and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.
