健康体检在早期2型糖尿病中的筛查作用 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨健康体检在早期2型糖尿病中的筛查作用， 为临床提高2型糖尿病的早期检出率提供指导。方法 200例进行血糖筛查的健康体检者作为研究对象， 首先在体检中心进行健康体检， 对其中空腹血糖水平高于正常值的体检者进行门诊综合检查， 观察2型糖尿病确诊结果， 并观察确诊为2型糖尿病患者中无典型糖尿病症状的例数。结果 200例进行血糖筛查的健康体检者检查出98例空腹血糖高于正常值， 检出率为49.0%， 对其进行门诊综合检查， 最终有90例患者确诊为2型糖尿病， 检查准确率为91.8%（90/98）。90例确诊为2型糖尿病患者中， 无糖尿病典型症状的患者占比为94.4%（85/90）， 明显多于有糖尿病典型症状患者的5.6%（5/90）。结论 健康体检在早期2型糖尿病患者中的有着良好的筛查作用， 确诊率高， 对于无典型性糖尿病症状的患者， 可以大大减少漏诊的出现， 便于早日使患者接受治疗， 值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 健康体检；2型糖尿病；筛查作用；早期 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2016.34.080 　　Screening effect by physical examination for incipient type 2 diabetes mellitus WANG Rui-feng， LIN Qiu-qiang. Methods There were 200 people in physical examination for blood glucose screening as study subjects. They received physical examination firstly in examination center， followed by outpatient comprehensive examination for those with higher fasting blood glucose level than standard.
