健康教育对胃肠道肿瘤患者营养状况和生活质量的影响分析   【摘要】 目的 探讨健康教育对胃肠道肿瘤患者营养状况和生活质量的影响。方法 86例胃肠道肿瘤患者作为观察对象, 随机分成对照组和观察组, 每组43例。对照组患者采取常规教育, 观察组患者在对照组基础上给予健康教育。观察比较两组的教育效果。结果 观察组患者的营养评分(17.5±1.5)分高于对照组的(14.2±1.2)分, 差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组患者的营养良好率41.86%高于对照组的20.93%, 差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。教育后观察组患者的体质量指数、血清白蛋白、血红蛋白高于对照组, 差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。教育后观察组的生理机能、生理职能和情感职能三项生活质量指标评分均显著优于对照组, 差异均具有统计学意义(P0.01)。观察组患者的满意度93.02%高于对照组的62.79%, 差异具有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论 健康教育有助于改善胃肠道肿瘤患者营养状况, 提高患者的生活质量。   【关键词】 健康教育;胃肠道肿瘤;营养状况;生活质量   DOI:10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.01.093   Analysis of influence by health education on nutritional status and quality of life in gastrointestinal tumor patients HUAI Xiang-rong, XU Yang. Methods A total of 86 patients with gastrointestinal tumor as study subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received additional health education to conventional nursing. Education effect was compared in two groups. Results The observation group had nutrition score as (17.5±1.5) points, which was higher than (14.2±1.2) points in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P0.05).
