不同产程给药硬膜外分娩镇痛的效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨不同产程给药硬膜外分娩镇痛的效果。 方法 选择2012年4月～2013年4月于本院分娩的144例足月初产妇作为研究对象，将其随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用潜伏期硬膜外分娩镇痛，对照组采用活跃期硬膜外分娩镇痛，比较两组的满意度、VAS 评分、产程进展、分娩方式、母婴情况以及不良反应发生情况。 结果 实验组产妇满意度优秀率高于对照组，潜伏期、VAS 评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。实验组器械助产率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 潜伏期镇痛效果较好，可显著提高产妇满意度，对产程和分娩方式并无明显影响。 　　[关键词] 潜伏期；活跃期；镇痛 　　[中图分类号] R714.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）05（b）-0108-03 　　Effect analysis of epidural analgesia given medicine in different stage of labor 　　HAN Yu-bo1 XU Yi-bing2 SUN Nan-nan1 　　1.Department of Anesthesiology，Weifang Municipal Hospital of Weifang District in Weifang City of Shandong Province，Weifang 261021，China；2.Department of Obstetrics，Weifang Municipal Hospital of Weifang District in Weifang City of Shandong Province，Weifang 261021，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the effect of epidural analgesia given medicine in different stage of labor. Methods 144 full term primiparae delivered in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2013 were chosen as study objects，and they were divided into experimental group and control group.Experimental group was given epidural analgesia during incubation period，while control group was epidural analgesia during active period.Satisfaction degree，VAS score，birth process，mode of delivery，mother and baby condition and adverse reaction between two groups was compared respectively. Results The excellent rate of satisfaction degree for delivery women in experimental group was higher than that of control group，VAS score during incubation period was lower than that of control group，and there was a statistical difference （P0.05）.Instrumental delivery rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group，and there was a statistical difference （P0.05）. Conclusion Analgesic effect during incubation period is better and it can obviously improve satisfaction degree of delivery woman，and It has no apparent influence on birth process and mode of delivery. 　　[Key words] Incubation period；Active phase；An
