中药治疗白塞病临床疗效的Meta分析 　　【摘 要】目的：评价中药治疗白塞病的疗效与安全性。方法：检索中国知网、维普、万方、PubMed、Embase和Cochrane Library等数据库，全面搜集中药治疗白塞病的随机对照试验，检索时限为建库至2017年6月。由2位评价员独立进行文献筛选、基本资料提取和偏倚风险评估后，采用RevMan 5.3 　　软件进行分析。结果：共纳入6篇文献，总计375例患者。Meta分析结果显示：与常规治疗相比，中药治疗白塞病在提高临床疗效（OR = 5.24，95%CI = [2.91，9.41]，P 0.000 01）、降低红细胞沉降率 　　（WMD = -6.59，95%CI = [-10.35，-2.82]，P = 0.000 6）和C-反应蛋白（WMD = -3.46，95%CI = [-4.36，-2.56]，P 0.000 01）方面存在优势，且复发率（OR = 0.25，95%CI = [0.13，0.49]，P 0.000 1）较低。结论：中药治疗白塞病较西医常规治疗可能存在一定优势。鉴于纳入研究数量和质量有限，有待更多高质量的随机对照试验加以验证。 　　【关键词】 白塞病；中药；红细胞沉降率；C-反应蛋白；Meta分析 　　Meta-analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Behcets Disease 　　LIU Yong-jin，DU Bo，HUANG Su-ping 　　【ABSTRACT】Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Chinese medicine in the treatment of Behcets disease.Methods：A comprehensive collection of randomized controlled trials on treating Behcets disease with Chinese medicine was made by searching databases（for the establishment of bases to June 2017）such as CNKI，VIP，Wan Fang，PubMed，Embase，and Cochrane Library.The RevMan 5.3 software was used to analyze after literature screening，basic data extraction and bias risk assessment were made by two evaluators.Results：A total of 6 documents were included，altogether 375 patients.Meta-analysis results showed that compared with the conventional treatment，treating Behcets disease with Chinese medicine had advantages in improving clinical curative effect（OR = 5.24，95%CI = [2.91，9.41]，P 0.000 01），and decreasing erythrocyte sedimentation rate（WMD = -6.59，95%CI = [-10.35，-2.82]，P = 0.000 6）and C- reactive protein（WMD = -3.46，95%CI = [-4.36，-2.56]，P 0.000 01）and had low recurrence rate（OR = 0.25，95%CI = [0.13，0.49]， 　　P 0.000 1）.Conclusion：Chinese medicine may have certain advantages over Western medicine in the treatment of Behcets disease.In view of the limited quantity and quality of the included studies，it is needed to verify with more high quality randomized controlled trials. 　　【Keywords】 Behcets
