中西医综合疗法治疗小儿腹泻的临床分析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析中西医综合疗法治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法：将2016年3月1日-9月1日进入笔者所在医院的腹泻患儿196例采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组，对照组采用西医治疗，试验组采用中西医结合治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：对照组总有效率80.61%，明显低于试验组的93.88%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），试验组大便恢复正常时间、呕吐停止时间均短于对照组，试验组腹泻次数改善情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。试验组不良反应总发生率3.06%，明显低于对照组的11.22%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：中西医综合疗法治疗小儿腹泻临床效果显著，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 中西医综合疗法； 小儿腹泻； 临床效果 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.21.005 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）21-0009-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of Chinese and western medicine therapy in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Method：198 cases of infantile diarrhea in our hospital from March 1st，2016 to September 1st，2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to table method，the control group was treated with western medicine，the experimental group used Chinese and western medicine treatment，the treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Result：The total efficiency rate of the control group was 80.61%，significantly lower than 93.88% of the experimental group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The defecate normal time，vomiting stop time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group，the frequency of diarrhea in the experimental group was better than that in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 3.06%，significantly lower than 11.22% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in infantile diarrhea is significant，which is worthy of clinical promotion. 　　【Key words】 Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine； Infantile diarrhea； Clinical effect 　　First-author’s address：Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Pingnan County，Pingnan 537300，China 　　小儿腹泻作为2岁以下婴幼儿的常见病[1]，患儿可能会出现不同程度的脱水和电解质紊乱，小儿腹泻是多病原、多因素引起的以腹?a
