乳腺癌根治术的手术室护理配合方法及效果分析 　　摘要：目的 分析乳腺癌根治术的手术室护理配合方法及效果。方法 回顾分析2015年12月～2016年12月在我院行乳腺癌根治?g的156例患者临床资料，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组78例。对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者给予针对性手术室护理配合，观察对比两组患者护理效果。结果 观察组患者手术时间明显短于对照组，术中出血量明显少于对照组，手术成功率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 乳腺癌根治术患者给予手术室护理配合，可有效提高手术效果，缩短手术时间，提高临床护理满意度，具有临床实施的重要价值。 　　关键词：乳腺癌；根治术；手术室；护理配合 　　中图分类号：R473.6 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1959（2017）19-0134-02 　　Methods and Effect Analysis of Operation Room Nursing Cooperation in Radical Mastectomy 　　PAN Yan-hui 　　（Department of Surgery，Jixian Chinese Medicine Hospital，Tianjin 301900，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To analyze the operation room nursing method and effect of radical resection of breast cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 156 cases of patients in December 2015～December 2016，in our hospital underwent radical mastectomy for breast cancer，which were randomly divided into observation group and control group，78 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing，the observation group were given targeted operation room nursing，the nursing effect of two groups were observed.Results The operation time of observation group was significantly shorter than the control group，the amount of bleeding was significantly less than the control group，the success rate of operation was significantly higher than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）；The satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The nursing cooperation of operation room patients with radical mastectomy can effectively improve the operation effect，shorten the operation time and improve the satisfaction of clinical nursing.
