中药外敷联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效的Meta分析 　　【摘 要】目的：系统评价中药外敷联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法：计算机检索中国知网、维普、万方和PubMed等数据库收录的关于治疗组采用中药外敷联合玻璃酸钠、对照组采用玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的临床随机对照研究文献，检索时间从建库到2016年6月1日，采用RevMan 5.3统计软件进行Meta分析。结果：共纳入12篇文献，涉及1028例患者。对其中10篇文献进行临床疗效评价分析显示，Z = 6.92，RR = 1.19，95%CI = [1.13，1.24]，P 0.01；对2篇文献进行膝关节活动度（ROM）分析显示，Z = 3.53，SMD = 0.74，95%CI = [0.33，1.16]，P 0.01；对4篇文献进行Lysholm膝关节功能评分分析显示，Z = 10.66，SMD = 1.29，95%CI = [1.05，1.53]，P 0.01，治疗组均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论：中药外敷联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效优于单独使用玻璃酸钠治疗。 　　【关键词】 骨关节炎，膝；中药外敷；玻璃酸钠；Meta分析 　　Meta-analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of Treating Knee Osteoarthritis with Chinese Medicine Combining Intra-articular Injection of Sodium Hyaluronate 　　FAN Yi-ming，ZHANG Kang-le，GUO Yan-xing 　　【ABSTRACT】Objective：To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of treating knee osteoarthritis with Chinese medicine combining intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate.Methods：Database such as CNKI，VIP，Wanfang and PubMed were used to retrieve articles on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with Chinese medicine combining intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate，from the establishment of databases to June 1st，2016.A meta-analysis was done with software RevMan 5.3.Results：A total of 12 articles were included，involving altogether 1028 patients.Evaluation analysis of clinical efficacy to 10 articles showed that 　　Z = 6.92，RR = 1.19，95%CI = [1.13，1.24]，P 0.01.Analysis of knee joint activities to 2 articles showed that Z = 3.53，SMD = 0.74，95%CI = [0.33，1.16]，P 0.01.Analysis of Lysholm of knee joint function to 4 articles showed that Z = 10.66，SMD = 1.29，95%CI = [1.05，1.53]，P 0.01.The treatment group was better than the control group，and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：Chinese medicine combining intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate is better than using sodium hyaluronate only in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. 　　【Keywords】 osteoarthritis，knee；external application with Chinese medicine；sodium hyalurona
