中西医结合治疗对妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的疗效及围产儿预后的影响 　　【摘要】 目的：分析中西医结合治疗对妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的治疗效果与围产儿预后效果的影响。方法：选取2012年12月-2015年12月本院收治的妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者92例，将患者分为两组。对照组患者采用熊去氧胆酸片联合腺苷蛋氨酸治疗，试验组患者在对照组治疗基础上联合茵陈汤治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、各指标水平及分娩结局。结果：治疗后，两组患者各指标较治疗前均明显降低，试验组患者各指标均明显低于对照组，总有效率高于对照组，出现早产、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息的例数均明显低于对照组，两组上述比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：采用中西医结合的方式治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症具有较好的临床效果，围产儿预后情况较好，值得在临床上大力推广应用。 　　【关键词】 中西医结合； 妊娠期胆汁淤积症； 围产儿预后； 治疗效果 　　Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on the Treatment of Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy and Perinatal Outcome/LI Jia-wei，LIU Guo-cheng，RAO Mei-lan，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（20）：103-106 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze of therapeutic effect and perinatal prognosis of Integrative Medicine on intrahepatic cholestasis.Method：From December 2012 to December 2015，92 cases of intrahepatic cholestasis in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Ursodeoxycholic Acid Tablets with Adenosine Methionine treatment，the experimental group of patients with Yinchen treated on the basis of the control group.Clinical results，the level of each index and birth outcomes of the two groups were compared.Result：After treatment， the indexs of the two groups compared with before treatment were significantly lower，each index in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group，the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than the control group，the experimental group of patients with premature birth，fetal distress，neonatal asphyxia incidence were significantly lower than the control group，the differences were statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis have better clinical results，perinatal outcome is better，to promote worthy of clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine； Cholestasis of pregnancy； Perinatal prognosis； Therapeutic effect
