Therefore, the item cost management becomes the realization enterprise economic efficiency maximization the key guarantee factor, is one of current construction project management core contents.How strengthens the item cost management, is question which all construction construction enterprise all must take.Only then enhancement cost consciousness, consummates the organizational structure, takes the foundation work, implements the entire process to the cost the monitoring and pays great attention to the quality cost the management, only then can the active control item cost, be the enterprise creates a greater economic gain.
