依那普利联合替米沙坦和辛伐他汀治疗糖尿病肾病伴高血压的疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的 探究糖尿病?I病伴高血压患者采用依那普利联合替米沙坦和辛伐他汀治疗的效果。方法 96例糖尿病肾病伴高血压患者， 随机分为观察组和对照组， 各48例。对照组患者采用替米沙坦和辛伐他汀治疗， 观察组患者采用依那普利联合替米沙坦和辛伐他汀治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、尿β2微球蛋白及尿微量白蛋白改善情况、血压改善情况、生存质量及血脂各指标改善情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为93.8%， 高于对照组的77.1%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 糖尿病肾病伴高血压患者通过依那普利联合替米沙坦和辛伐他汀治疗后， 在提高治疗效果的同时， 使生存质量明显提高， 且患者血压、血脂及肾功能各指标水平均显著改善， 有一定推广价值。 　　【关键词】 依那普利；替米沙坦；辛伐他汀；糖尿病肾病伴高血压 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.16.005 　　Observation on curative effect of enalapril combined with telmisartan and simvastatin in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy complicated with hypertension GUAN Dong. Guandong Province Shaoguan City Qujiang District People’s Hospital， Shaoguan 512100， China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of enalapril combined with telmisartan and simvastatin in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy complicated with hypertension. Methods A total of 96 diabetic nephropathy complicated with hypertension patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group， with 48 cases in each group. The control group received telmisartan and simvastatin for treatment， and the observation group received enalapril combined with telmisartan and simvastatin for treatment. Comparison were made on clinical treatment effect， urinary β2 microglobulin and microalbuminuria improvement situation， blood pressure improvement situation， quality of life and indexes of blood lipid improvement in two groups. Results The observation group had higher total treatment effective rate as 93.8% than 77.1% in the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion Combination of enalapril， telmisartan and simvastatin can not only enhance treatment effect and quality of life， but also can significantly improve blood pressure， blood lipid and indicators of renal function of diabetic nephropathy complicated with hypertension patients.
