内蒙古工业大学专科毕业论文 第 PAGE 1页 内蒙古工业大学专科毕业论文 摘 要 电子商务是在Internet 开放的网络环境下，基于 B/S的应用方式实现消费者的网上购物、企业之间的网上交易和在线电子支付的一种新型的交易方式。它的发展扩大了企业的销售范围，改变了企业传统的销售方式以及消费者的购物方式，促进了我国物流业的兴起。 但目前我国的物流水平仍难以满足电子商务的需求，物流配送是电子商务活动过程中最难、最花力气、最费金钱的。由于传统商务环境下的服务现状存在的缺陷、物流信息化管理的程度低等因素影响，导致电子商务环境下的物流配送系统管理未能形成有效的管理服务体系。电子商务时代的物流配送，必须具有信息化、自动化、网络化、智能化和柔性化特征。我国物流业经过多年的建设虽已经有了很大的进步，但随着信息技术、网络技术日益渗透到现代经济活动中，我国传统物流已经不能适应经济发展的需求，传统物流向现代物流转化势在必行。因此研究传统和现代物流配送方式对于设计和改进物流配送体系，提高配送效率具有重要的参考价值。 本文在学习电子商务理论及物流配送理论的基础上，对各种影响物流配送效率的因素、目前广泛采用的物流配送方式等进行了分析，设计了电子商务环境下的物流配送管理信息系统模型，并提出了电子商务环境下我国物流配送解决途径。 关键词：电子商务；物流；物流配送 Abstract E-Commerce is a new trend and fashion to trade based on opening Internet environment and B/S operation mode. It expands sales of the enterprises, changes the traditional sale-methods as well as shopping modes, and also promotes Chinas logistics industry. However, the current level of our logistics industry is still cannot keep up with the development of e-commerce. Logistics distribution is the difficult part in this process. Because of the limitations in services and information management, an effective system of management services system is failed to be created. The distribution under e-commerce is featured with informative, automotive, networking, intelligent and flexible. With the permeation of information technology and network technology, our traditional cannot satisfy the demand of economic development. In order to change this situation, we must investigate traditional logistics distribution fashions and make it be more efficiency. In this paper, the theories of logistics distribution are introduced and concepts are explained. It studied lots of examples overseas of logistics delivery and algorithms, analyzed many factors that affect the efficiency of delivery, and investigates the models of delivery that are popular adopted.
