农村社区卫生服务中心中医护理服务应用现状调查与分析 　　[摘要] 目的 了解中医护理服务项目在农村地区社区卫生服务中心的应用现状。 方法 采用自行设计的农村社区中医护理现状与需求调查问卷，对山东省79所农村社区卫生服务中心141名护理人员及585名居民进行问卷调查。调查内容包括护理人员基本情况、中医护理项目开展状况以及居民对中医护理的认知及需求度。 结果 农村社区卫生服务站护理人员学历水平低，中专及以下学历者占70.21%，仅有24.82%护士了解或掌握中医护理操作技术；大多数卫生中心仅能开展3~4项中医护理项目，且项目简单；居民对中医护理的认知度低，只有14.19%的居民首先选择中医，但期望值高。 结论 加强农村社区中医护理人才队伍的建设，满足农村不同年龄段居民对中医护理服务的需求，促进中医护理在农村社区的推广与应用。 　　[关键词] 农村社区；中医护理现状；需求；调查问卷 　　[中图分类号] R473[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1673-7210（2014）05（b）-0106-04 　　 　　Investigation and analysis on application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing project in rural community health service center 　　WANG Yujie CHEN Lijun WANG Shiyuan 　　Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shandong Province, Jinan 250355, China 　　[Abstract] Objective To learn more about application status of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing services in community health service centers in rural areas. Methods The self-designed questionnaire to survey the status and requirements of TCM nursing in rural communities was used to investigate 141 nurses and 585 residents in 79 community health centers in rural areas of Shandong Province. The survey included fundamental situation of nursing staff, carrying situation of TCM nursing treatments and the residents demand for the TCM nursing. Results Nurses had low education level in rural community health service stations, secondary education or below accounted for 70.21%; only 24.82% of nurses could understand or grasp the technique of TCM nursing. Most health centers only carried out 3 to 4 kinds of simple TCM nursing treatments. TCM nursing awareness of residents was low, only 14.19% of the residents first choice was TCM nursing, but had a high expectations.
