前列地尔对合并糖尿病冠心病患者介入治疗中造影剂肾病预防作用研究 　　[摘要] 目的 分析冠心病合并糖尿病患者介入治疗中前列地尔预防造影剂肾病的作用。 方法 选择该院2016年4月―2017年4月接收的冠心病合并糖尿病患者116例，均给予介入治疗，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组58例，观察组预防性应用前列地尔，对照组仅常规治疗，观察造影剂肾病发生情况，分别于术前、术后3 d检测两组患者肾功能。结果 术前，观察组肾功能指标值与对照组相近，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；术后，观察组造影剂肾病发生率、血肌酐（Scr）、尿素氮（BUN）低于对照组，肾小球滤过率（GFR）高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 临床行介入方式治疗冠心病合并糖尿病患者时，预防性应用前列地尔后，可降低造影剂肾病发生率，并保护患者肾功能，效果良好。 　　[关键词] 前列地尔；冠心病；糖尿病；造影剂肾病；预防作用 　　[中图分类号] R59 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）08（a）-0023-02 　　Research on Preventive Effect of Alprostadil in Interventional Therapy on the Radiographic Contrast Nephropathy of Patients with Diabetes and Coronary Heart Disease 　　FANG Ming-cheng 　　Third Department of Cardiology， Fujian Provincial Hospital， Fuzhou， Fujian Province， 350000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the preventive effect of alprostadil in interventional therapy on the radiographic contrast nephropathy of patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease. Methods 116 cases of patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 58 cases in each， the observation group applied the alprostadil， while the control group were only used the routine treatment， and the occurrence of radiographic contrast nephropathy was observed， and the renal function of the two groups before surgery and after 3 d surgery was observed. Results The renal function indicator value in the observation group was similar to that in the control group， and the difference was not obvious（P0.05）， after surgery， the incidence rate of radiographic contrast nephropathy， Scr and BUN in the observation group were lower than those in the control group， and the GFR was higher than that in the control group， and the difference was obvious（P0.05）. Conclusion The prevention application of alprostadil in clinical interventional treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes can reduce the incidence rate
