大学生性格与心理健康相关研究 　　【摘要】 目的 了解本地大学生心理健康状况与性格的关系，为心理健康教育提供参考依据。方法 以齐齐哈尔市某大学451名大学生为调查对象，其中男生232名，女生219名。采用青年性格问卷(CPI)与症状自评量表(SCL―90)[1]进行调查。结果 ①本地大学生在躯体化、抑郁、敌对性、恐怖和偏执5个因子上的得分显著高于常模(P0.05)；而在人际关系因子上的得分与常模存在非常显著的差异(P0.01)。②女大学生在幸福感、精干性两方面得分高于男大学生，存在显著差异(P0.05)。③性格与心理健康相关性分析结果显示，性格的各因子分(除感情化因子外)与症状自评量表的各因子分之间呈显著负相关(P0.05或P0.01)。结论 本地大学生心理健康总体水平偏低，应大力加强大学生的心理健康教育，良好的性格有益于大学生的心理健康。 　　【关键词】 大学生；性格；心理健康；SCL―90 　　Relationship Study between Character and Mental Healthof University Students. Department of Psychiatry, Qiqihar Medical College, Qiqihar 161042, P.R.China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To understand the relationship between mental health condition and character of local university students, and provide the reference for the mental healthy education. Methods 451 undergraduates, including 232 males and 219 females in some university of Qiqihaer chosen as samples, which were investigated with the California Psychological Inventory(CPI) and SCL-90. Results ①Compared with the national undergraduates mode, the scores of local university students were significantly higher on several factors such as somatization, depression, rivalrousness, terror and crankiness of SCL-90(P0.05), and there were very significant differences in interpersonal relationship(P0.01). ②The scores on sensation of happiness and crackness of females were slightly higher than that of males and there were significant differences(P0.05). ③The analytical results of the relatioinship between character and mental health showed that there were significant negative correlations between the scores of character(except the scores of female) and SCL-90 (P0.05 or P0.01). Conclusion The general level of mental heath of local university students was relatively low. We shoule strenthen mental health education vigorously.
