多磺酸黏多糖乳膏辅助治疗痤疮临床效果和安全性分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨多磺酸黏多糖乳膏辅助治疗痤疮的临床效果和安全性。 方法 选取本院2012年1月~2014年1月收治的寻常性痤疮患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组。两组患者均给予日常护理+口服四环素类抗生素，观察组在上述治疗的基础上给予多磺酸黏多糖乳膏辅助治疗，对照组在上述治疗的基础上给予红霉素软膏辅助治疗，比较两组的疗效。 结果 观察组的总有效率为90.0%，明显高于对照组的66.7%，临床症状的改善时间明显短于对照组[（25.78±4.12）d vs （36.53±5.47）d] （P0.05）；两组在治疗期间均未见明显的不良反应。 结论 多磺酸黏多糖乳膏辅助治疗痤疮可快速改善症状，提高治疗效果，且安全性高，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 痤疮；多磺酸黏多糖乳膏；疗效；安全性 　　[中图分类号] R758.73+3[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）06（a）-0096-03 　　 　　The clinical effect and safety analysis of hirudoid cream auxiliarily treating acne 　　FANG Run-ping 　　Department of Dermatology,People′s Hospital of Gan County of Ganzhou City in Jiangxi Province,Gan County 341100,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of hirudoid cream auxiliarily treating acne. Methods 60 patients with acne vulgaris from January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected and they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.Patients in the two groups were given daily nursing and tetracycline antibiotics,while the observation group was given hirudoid cream auxiliary treatment on the basis of the above-mentioned,the control group was given erythromycin ointment auxiliary treatment on the basis of the above-mentioned,the curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group (90.0%) was higher than that in the control group (66.7 %),improvement time of clinical symptoms was significantly faster than that in the control group [(25.78±4.12) d vs (36.53±5.47) d] (P0.05);there was no significant adverse reaction in the two groups during treatment showed.
