大剂量盐酸氨溴索在重症肺炎集束化治疗中应用 　　【摘要】 目的：研究大剂量盐酸氨溴索在重症肺炎集束化治疗中的应用效果。方法：将2015年6月-2016年9月于笔者所在医院接受集束化治疗的重症肺炎患者120例作为研究对象，将其随机均分为对照组和试验组。给予对照组患者小剂量盐酸氨溴索治疗，给予试验组患者大剂量盐酸氨溴索治疗，比较两组患者各项治疗指标。结果：两组治疗前的肺功能各项指标、PCT及CRP相比，差异无统计学意义（P0.05），经过治疗后，两组指标均得到明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），试验组治疗后各项指标明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。试验组患者感染控制时间、ICU停留时间和住院时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：大剂量盐酸氨溴索在重症肺炎集束化治疗中的应用效果显著，具有较高临床价值。 　　【关键词】 盐酸氨溴索； 重症肺炎； 集束化治疗 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.27.006 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）27-0012-02 　　Application of Large Dose of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Severe Pneumonia in Cluster/LUO Yuan-yuan.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（27）：12-13 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the application effect of large dose of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the bundle treatment of severe pneumonia.Method：120 patients with severe pneumonia from June 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research object，and they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was given small dose of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the treatment group，the experimental group was given large doses of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the treatment，compared two groups of patients with various treatment index.Result：Before treatment，the pulmonary function index，PCT and CRP of the two groups were compared，and there were no significant differences（P0.05）；after treatment two groups of indexes were significantly improved，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05），and the experimental group improved better than the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The infection control time，ICU stay time and hospital stay time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The application effect of large dose of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the bundle treatment of severe pneumonia is remarkable，and has high clinical value. 　　【Key words】 Ambroxol Hyd
