子宫网压缝合术在难治性产后出血治疗中应用价值分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探究对难治性产后出血的剖宫产产妇采用子宫网压缝合术的价值。方法：选取2016年1-12月本院收治的剖宫产产妇100例为研究对象，采用双盲法将患者分为对照组和观察组，各50例。对照组采用8字缝合术缝合子宫，观察组采用子宫网压缝合术，观察比较两组的恶露时间、1 d内出血量、住院时间及临床止血情况。结果：观察组的恶露时间为（17.21±3.52）d、1 d内出血量为（593.50±57.60）mL、住院时间为（9.10±3.35）d，均明显少于对照组的（22.60±3.12）d、（692.10±60.30）mL、（15.50±4.10）d，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的止血总有效率为90.00%，明显高于对照组的64.00%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对难治性产后出血的剖宫产产妇采用子宫网压缝合术，可减少恶露时间、1 d内出血量、住院时间，止血效果较好，具有较高的临床应用价值。 　　【关键词】 子宫； 网压缝合术； 难治性产后出血； 应用价值 　　Analysis of the Application Value of Uterine Netlike Compression Suture in the Treatment of Refractory Postpartum Hemorrhage/LIANG Zheng-yi.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（12）：005-008 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the application value of uterine netlike compression suture in the treatment of refractory postpartum hemorrhage.Method：100 cases of cesarean section maternity admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects，they were divided into the control group and the observation group by using double-blind method，50 cases in each group.The control group used 8-word suture，and the observation group used uterine netlike compr e ssion suture，the loosening time，the amount of bleeding in one day，the length of hospital stay and clinical hemostasis were observed and compared between the two groups.Result：The loosening time was （17.21±3.52）d，the amount of blood loss in one day was （593.50±57.60）mL and the time of hospitalization was （9.10±3.35）d of the observation group，which were significantly less than （22.60±3.12）d，（692.10±60.30）mL and （15.50±4.10）d in control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The hemostasis total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%，which was significantly higher than 64.00% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Uterine pressure suture for cesarean section in patients with intractable postpartum hemorrhage，can reduce the amount of lochia time，bleedi
