妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖检验分析 　　摘要：目的 研究分析血糖检验在妊娠期糖尿病患者应用效果。方法 选择2015～2016年在我院接受血糖检验的55例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为观察组，另选择同一时间段内在我院接受血糖检验的55例正常妊娠者作为对照组，对两组内妊娠者的血糖情况进行检验分析。结果 通过此次检验可以发现，对照组内正常妊娠者的血糖情况在正常范围内，而观察组内患有妊娠期糖尿病的患者，血糖值明显高于正常范围。且两组对比差异情况具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 患有妊娠期糖尿病的孕妇通过血糖检验可以准确的了解血糖的变化，可以及时的进行干预治疗，保证血糖的稳定正常，对孕妇胎儿的健康有十分重要的作用，妊娠期糖尿病患者们应该定期的对血糖进行检验。 　　关键词：妊娠期糖尿病；血糖检验；分析 　　中图分类号：R714.256 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1959（2017）21-0182-02 　　Analysis of Blood Glucose Test in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus 　　LU Gang-xiang 　　（Department of Laboratory，Tianmen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Tianmen 431700，Hubei，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To study the effect of blood glucose test on gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 55 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who had received blood glucose test in our hospital from 2015 to 2016 were selected as the observation group.55 normal pregnant women who received blood glucose test in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group.The blood glucose levels of the two groups were analyzed.Results Through this test can be found in the control group，the blood sugar level in normal pregnancy in the normal range，and the observation group in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus，blood glucose values were significantly higher than the normal range.And the differences between the two groups has statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion The patients with gestational diabetes in pregnant women with blood glucose test can accurately understand the changes of blood sugar，can be treated timely，ensure the normal blood sugar stable，has a very important role on the health of the fetus of pregnant women，patients with diabetes during pregnancy they should periodically to test blood glucose. 　　Key words：Gestational diabetes mellitus；Blood glucose test；Analysis 　　随着我国国民生活水平和生活质量的不断提高，对产妇在妊娠期间的健康情况也越来越重视，妊娠期糖尿病属于产妇在妊娠期间常见的一种并发症，临床中多表现为多饮，多食，多尿等症状，会严重影响产妇身体健康及胎儿的发育情况，甚至威胁到产妇的生命安全。因此，加强对患有妊娠期糖尿病产妇的血糖检查，可以为其治疗提供更准确的依据，保证产妇的血糖稳定和健康显得十分
