宫颈扩张球囊联合缩宫素及间苯三酚在足月妊娠引产中应用 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨宫颈扩张球囊联合缩宫素及间苯三酚在足月妊娠引产中的应用效果。方法 282例符合引产指征的足月妊娠产妇， 依据引产方式不同分为对照组 （130例 ）和观察组 （152例）。对照组给予缩宫素及间苯三酚引产， 观察组在对照组基础上联合宫颈扩张球囊进行引产。观察两组促进宫颈成熟效果、总产程、产后出血量。结果 观察组足月妊娠产妇促进宫颈成熟总有效率为98.0%、总产程为（5.1±1.0）h、产后出血量为（158.2±20.1）ml， 均优于对照组的[72.3%、（13.7±1.5）h、（368.5±40.2）ml] （P0.05）。结论 宫颈扩张球囊联合缩宫素及间苯三酚在足月妊娠引产应用， 可以提高宫颈成熟度， 减少产程和出血量， 值得推广应用。 　　【关键词】 宫颈扩张球囊；缩宫素；间苯三酚；足月妊娠；引产；应用 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2016.19.017 　　Application of cervical dilation balloon combined with oxytocin and phloroglucinol in induced labour for full-term pregnancy TAN Qiu-yan， HUANG Zhi-yan， DENG Ping-ping， et al. Methods A total of 282 full-term pregnancy women in accordance with induced labour indications were divided by different induced labour method into control group （130 cases） and observation group （152 cases）. The control group received oxytocin and phloroglucinol， and the observation group received additional cervical dilation balloon. Observation was made on promoting cervical mature effect， total stage of labour， and postpartum bleeding volume in both groups. Results The observation group had all better promoting cervical mature effective rate as 98.0%， total stage of labour as （5.1±1.0） h， and postpartum bleeding volume as （158.2±20.1） ml than 72.3%， （13.7±1.5） h and （368.5±40.2） ml of the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion Application of cervical dilation balloon combined with oxytocin and phloroglucinol in induced labour for full-term pregnancy can improve cervical mature and reduce labour stage and bleeding volume.
