家庭式护理干预对初产妇影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨家庭式护理干预对初产妇的影响。方法 选取入该院待产的259例初产孕妇为研究对象，根据其入院顺序分成家庭式护理组（A组，n=144）和对照组（B组，n=115）两组。比对两组孕妇干预前后不良情绪变化情况，记录其母婴结局及母乳喂养情况。结果 ①干预后，两组产妇不良情绪及睡眠质量均较干预前明显改善，其中A组改善效果优于B组（P0.05），但A组总产程、失血量明显低于B组，且新生儿阿氏评分及母乳喂养成功率均高于B组（P0.05）。结论 对初产妇予以分娩全程家庭式护理干预措施，能有效节省分娩时间、减少出血量，提高母婴预后质量，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 家庭式护理干预；初产妇；预后影响 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）05（a）-0154-03 　　The Influence of Family Nursing Intervention on First-time Mothers 　　YAO Qin 　　The Second Department of Pediatric Internal Medicine， Zhumadian Central Hospital， Zhumadian， Henan Province， 463000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the influence of family nursing intervention on first-time mothers. Methods 259 primiparous women admitted in our hospital for the delivery were selected as the subjects and divided into two groups， the family nursing group （group A， n=144）， and the control group （group B， n = 115）. The changes in bad emotions in the two groups before and after intervention were compared， and the outcome of mother and infant and status of breast feeding in both groups were recorded. Results ① After the intervention， the bad emotions and quality of sleep in both groups were improved significantly compared with those before intervention， moreover， the improvement in group A was better than that in group B （P0.05）， but compared with group B， the duration of labor and blood loss in group A were much less， neonatal Apgar scoring and success rate of breast feeding were higher（P0.05）. Conclusion For first-time mothers， family nursing intervention measures during the process of delivery can effectively shorten the labor time， reduce the blood loss and improve the prognosis of mother and infant， which are worthy of clinical promotion. 　　[Key words] Family nursing intervention； First-time mothers； Impact on prognosis 　　初产妇妊娠经验不足，常因恐惧、焦虑、紧张等情绪导致其出现产前、产后抑郁症状，对母婴结局具有不良影响[1]。在多年临床研究中，越来越多学者发现初产妇较经产妇而言，在经历强烈的分娩体验时更易因不良情绪抑制宫口扩张[2]，引发严重并发症，如胎儿窘迫、窒息，产妇大出血等，甚至可致母婴死亡[3]，如何有效缓解初产妇不良情绪
