V V marriage in order to get freedom of right. But for those women who cannot get their right through a normal channel, the only way of holding their hope was escape and hide forever. We can see all these fight and strive in the advertisement and report. Huizhou Daily concerned the true living status of Huizhou women, and offered a channel for their self-protection. At the same time, in the editor of Huizhou Daily, firstly, it use literature work and advanced views to propagate women liberation idea and lead public opinion, which aroused Huizhou women to fight against the old system more bravely for their own benefit. Secondly, it also opened up some kinds of supplements for women, which were aimed at increasing newspaper’s power and clear its standpoint. At last, it can get the conclusion that as a powerful media, Huizhou Daily played an important roll in publicizing advanced women liberation idea and holding public opinion through all-above analyzing. Because of the limit of that period and the lack of materials, there are still some other shortcoming, such as Huizhou women’s life living except their marriage and the effect of Huizhou Daily. This article mainly takes all the advertisement, report, comment and supplement as study objects coming from Huizhou Daily. Writer expects that from the study of Huizhou Daily, we can find out how it pushed positively in women liberation, and also give a help to the research of Huizhou women in the Republic of China. Key words: Huizhou women, Huizhou Daily, advertisement, supplement I I 引言 引言 PAGE PAGE 1 引言 徽州地区因其独特封闭的地理环境,一直有其特殊的自我调节宣传系统,然 而在民国 21 年的时候,徽州地区第一份地方性报刊《徽州日报》的创立在一定 程度上改变了这一状况。《徽州日报》是在沪、杭、宁、苏等地旅外徽商的资助 下集股经营的一份民间报纸，发行面广，影响力大。 《徽州日报》一直秉承的办报宗旨是：“宣扬文化，促进地方建设，沟通地 方信息，冀内外徽州人士，共同努力创建新徽州”，从各个方面全面再现了特 定历史时期里的徽州社会景象。本文试图在分析《徽州日报》17 年间关于女性 报道内容的基础上，对徽州社会在现代化进程中的徽州女性生存状况以及《徽 州日报》在其中如何积极发挥作用做一些探讨。 一 选题来源及研究意义 近些年随着大量有关徽州文书的发现，学界对于徽州文化的研究开始越来越 关注。目前的研究成果涉及到徽州社会的经济，政治以及宗教文化等各个方面。 其中，徽州女性由于其在古徽州社会中的特殊地位以及对社会发展所做出的重 要贡献而备
