成都中医药大学硕士毕业论文 成都中医药大学硕士毕业论文 PAGE PAGE 2 中 文 摘 要 哮喘是世界范围内严重威胁公众健康的一种主要疾病。现代医学认为，哮 喘是由多种细胞（如嗜酸性粒细胞、肥大细胞、T 细胞、中性粒细胞、气道上 皮细胞）和细胞组分参与的气道慢性炎症性疾病[ 1 ] 。这种慢性炎症导致气道反 应性的增加，通常出现广泛多变的可逆性气流受限，并引起反复发作性的喘息、 气急、胸闷或咳嗽等症状，常在夜间和（或）清晨发作、加剧。多数患者可自 行缓解或经治疗缓解，但如果诊治不合理不及时，随病程的延长可产生气道不 可逆性狭窄和气道重塑。祖国医学认为哮病是一种由于感受外邪，或饮食情志 等失调，诱动内伏于肺的痰飲，痰气阻塞，使肺气不得宣降，以突然出现呼吸 喘促，喉间哮鸣有声为主要表现的肺系发作性疾病[ 2 ]。始自《内经》，古代医家 对其病因、病机作出了大量的论述，逐渐形成了哮喘病治疗的理论体系及临床 实践基础，对后世中医工作者认识治疗哮喘具有宝贵的指导价值。 本课题是在系统整理哮喘古今文献的基础上，对《金匮要略》中治疗哮喘 的七首方剂作了较为深入的研究，并根据导师在临床上对哮喘病因病机的认识， 对《金匮》经方结合重镇降逆和化瘀解郁法治疗哮喘的典型病案进行了疗效分 析。同时收集临床病例，对厚朴麻黄汤化裁治疗哮病的临床疗效作出数据统计， 目的在于完善对哮喘病病因病机的认识，初步探讨哮喘治疗新方法，从而不断 发展哮喘病中医药治疗的新途径。 关键词：哮喘文献 金匮要略 厚朴麻黄汤 疗效分析 ABSTRACT Asthma is a serious threat to public health worldwide as a major disease. Modern medicine believe that, asthma is the chronic inflammatory airway disease which is caused by various cells (such as eosinophils, mast cells, T-cells, neutrophils, airway epithelial cells) and cellular components. This chronic inflammation leading to increased airway responsiveness, usually appears extensive changeable reversible airflow limitation , causing symptoms such as manifesting suddenly respite, shortness of breath, chest tightness or coughing, often attack, aggravated at night and (or) the early morning. Most patients can be treated on their own ease or mitigation, but if timely treatment is not reasonable, along with the course of the disease , may have the irreversible airway narrow and airway remodeling to be produced, even dangers people’s life. Chinse medicine thought that the asthma is one kind of manifesting suddenly phlegm calls the asthma disease,it’s main character is that there is a sound like frog’s voice in the throat when it manifests suddenly. It’s main pathology foundation is that the old phlegm buried in the lung, and induced with various external factors ,causing the phlegm and the gas combined together to block the airway. From the be
