i i 摘 要 本文是一篇针对法律英语文本中条件句汉译策略的翻译报告。在译者翻译的 合同中出现了大量的条件句，由此可见条件句翻译之于法律文本翻译的普遍性和 重要性。法律文书中的条件句可分为停止条件句和解除条件句，译者根据各自的 性质特征，针对所翻《独家分销协议》中出现的条件句，对其翻译策略做了一番 归纳、总结。 本翻译报告分为四章，第一章是引言，主要介绍项目背景、选题意义及报告 结构；第二章概述法律文本中的条件句，通过概述条件句的分类及引导词，使读 者对本文所述条件句有所认识；第三章具体分析条件句的汉译策略，首先阐述英 汉条件句的差异，然后总结停止条件句和解除条件句各自的汉译策略；第四章对 本次翻译实践获得的经验、教训进行了总结，并提出待决的问题。 关键词：《独家分销协议》；停止条件句；解除条件句；翻译策略 ii ii Abstract This is a translation report of translation of conditional sentence. In the contracts translated by the author, there exist a large number of conditional sentences, which significantly proves the importance and popularity of the conditional sentence in the legal texts. Conditional sentence, in the legal texts, can be divided into condition precedent and condition subsequent. The author summarizes some translation strategies for the condition precedent and condition subsequent in the exclusive distribution agreement translated by the author, based on the features of the condition precedent and condition subsequent respectively. This report is composed of four chapters. Chapter one introduces the background of the project, significance of the topic and layout of the report. Chapter two summarizes the classification of conditional sentence and conjunctions or other expressions that introduce conditional sentence in the legal text, so as to help readers have a better understanding of the conditional sentences in the report. Chapter three discusses the translation strategies for said conditional sentences. The anthor will first elaborate the differences between English and Chinese conditional sentence, then summarize the translation strategies for condition precedent and condition subsequent respectively. Chapter four is conclusion. The author summarizes the experience, lessons and finds unsolved problems in the project through reflection on the translation process.
