康复新液治疗浅中度烧烫伤90例临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究分析康复新液用于治疗浅中度烧烫伤的临床疗效。方法 方便选取该院2013年1月―2016年1月收治的90例浅中度烧烫伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组予以康复新液湿敷创面，对照组予以稀释碘伏湿敷创面，对比观察两组患者治疗前后疼痛改善情况及创面愈合时间。结果 观察组治愈率为97.78%，显著高于对照组的86.67%，观察组感染率为2.22%，显著低于对照组的13.33 %（P0.05）；研究组创面愈合时间为（8.89±2.14）d，显著少于对照组的（14.23±1.56）d（P0.05）；研究组分泌物消失时间为（5.89±1.45）d，显著少于对照组的（11.02±2.03）d（P0.05）。结论 康复新液在治疗浅中度烧烫伤时，能有效减轻患者创面疼痛感，缩短创面愈合时间，且无明显不良反应，疗效肯定。 　　[关键词] 康复新液；浅中度烧烫伤；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）07（c）-0117-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze and probe on the clinical effect of new rehabilitation liquid in treating patients with shallow and moderate burns. Methods Convenient selection 90 patients with shallow and moderate burns treated in our hospital between January， 2013 and January， 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group underwent treatment of hydropathic compress on the wound with new rehabilitation liquid； and the control group underwent treatment of hydropathic compress on the wound with dilute iodine. A comparison was made of the efficacy of the two. Results The cure rate of the observation group was 97.78%，which was obviously higher than that of the control group（86.67%）， and its infection rate was 2.22%， which was also lower than that of the control group（13.33 %） （P0.05）； the wound healing time of the observation group was （8.89±2.14）d ， which was obviously shorter than that of the control group which was（14.23±1.56）d （P0.05）. The secreta extinction time of the observation group was （5.89±1.45）d， which was conspicuously shorter than that of the control group （11.02±2.03）d （P0.05）.
