尺骨茎突骨折术联合桡骨远端骨折术对桡骨远端骨折术后腕关节功能影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨尺骨茎突骨折术联合桡骨远端骨折术对桡骨远端骨折术后腕关节功能的影响。 方法 选取我院2014年12月～2015年12月间收治66例桡骨远端骨折患者作为此次研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为两组，其中33例单纯采用桡骨远端骨折术治疗，纳入对照组；另外33例在对照组的手术基础上联合尺骨茎突骨折术治疗，纳入观察组，最终对两组患者术后腕关节功能的恢复情况进行对比。 结果 治疗后观察组掌倾角、尺偏角以及桡骨长度、腕关节活动度、腕关节功能评分均优于治疗前及同期对照组，两组数据差异显著（P0.05）。 结论 尺骨茎突骨折术联合桡骨远端骨折术在治疗桡骨远端骨折中效果更佳，明显改善患者腕关节功能，对其预后恢复具有积极影响。 　　[关键词] 尺骨茎突骨折；桡骨远端骨折；手术；腕关节；功能；影响 　　[中图分类号] R687.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）20-221-04 　　Effect on postoperative wrist articulation function after distal radius fracture treatment with ulnar osteotomy combined with distal radius fracture 　　ZHOU Chukun 　　Department of Orthopedics and Joint， the Peoples Hospital of Shenzhen City， Shenzhen 518001， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect on postoperative wrist articulation function after distal radius fracture treatment with ulnar osteotomy combined with distal radius fracture. Methods In this study， 66 patients with distal radial fractures were treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015， and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. Among them， 33 cases were treated with distal radial fractures and included in the control group， in addition， 33 cases were treated with combined ulnar styloid fracture on the basis of the control group and included in the observation group. Finally， the recovery of wrist articulation function in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment， the palmar tilt， ulnar inclination， length of radius， wrist movement， wrist articulation function score in the observation group were superior to those of the control group and before treatment， the difference between the two groups was significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Ulnar osteotomy combined with distal radius fracture is better to treat the distal radius fracture， significantly improve the function of the patients wrist， and have positive effect on the prognosis recovery. 　　[Key words] Distal radius fracture； Distal radius
