延伸护理在小儿肺炎护理中应用价值分析及效果评价 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨延伸护理在小儿肺炎护理中的临床效果，评价其应用价值。方法：选取2013年12月-2014年9月本院儿科收治的120例小儿肺炎患儿，按护理方法不同分为对照组（60例，常规护理），观察组（60例，延伸护理），对比两组患儿的临床护理效果、并发症发生率及家属护理满意度。结果：观察组憋喘缓解时间、体温恢复时间均显著低于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组，家属护理总满意率高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在小儿肺炎护理中应用延伸护理，可有效缩短憋喘缓解时间、体温恢复时间，降低并发症发生率，提高患儿家属护理满意度，值得推广。 　　【关键词】 延伸护理； 小儿肺炎； 效果评价 　　Analysis on Application Value of Nursing in Pediatric Pneumonia Nursing and Evaluation on Corresponding Efficacies/YU Ting-yu.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（04）：093-095 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To explore clinical efficacy of extended care in the nursing of pediatric pneumonia and evaluate its application value. Method： One hundred and twenty children with infantile pneumonia admitted in the Department of Pediatrics of the Hospital from December 2013 to September 2014 were selected， and they were divided into control group （ 60 patients， conventional nursing） and observation group （60 patients， extended care） according to different nursing methods， and clinical efficacies， complications， family nursing satisfactions between the two groups were compared. Result： The time of breathlessness relief and body temperature recovery time of patients of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P0.05）， the differences were statistically significant. The total incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group， the total nursing satisfaction rate of families was higher， and the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion： Extended case in the nursing care for infantile pneumonia can effectively shorten the time of breathlessness relief and body temperature recovery time of patients， reduce the incidence of complications， and improve family nursing satisfaction of childrens families， being worthy of promoting. 　　【Key words】 Extended care； Pediatric pneumonia； Effectiveness evaluation 　　First-author’s address： Gongren Hospit
