尿道下裂患儿父母焦虑情绪及其影响因素研究 　　[摘要]目的 探讨尿道下裂患儿父母的焦虑情绪及其影响因素。方法 选取2012年12月～2014年12月在佛山市妇幼保健院行尿道下裂手术患儿的180例父母作为研究对象，采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）以及自制患儿父母一般情况问卷进行调查。结果 尿道下裂患儿父母的焦虑得分为（53.41±9.85）分，高于国内常模，差异有统计学意义（t=31.736，P0.01）。母亲的焦虑情绪得分高于父亲；文化程度越低，焦虑情绪得分越高；家庭月收入越低，焦虑情绪得分越高；自费患儿父母的焦虑情绪得分高于非自费的父母；对手术方式的了解程度越低，焦虑情绪得分越高；尿道口位于阴茎阴囊交界部（Ⅲ度）和尿道口位于会阴部（Ⅳ度）患儿父母的焦虑情绪得分高于其他两型。结论 尿道下裂患儿父母的焦虑情绪高于国内常模，且受父母角色、手术方式知晓度、疾病类型等的影响。 　　[关键词]尿道下裂；患儿父母；焦虑；影响因素 　　[中图分类号] R695 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）08（a）-0155-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the anxiety and its influencing factors for the parents of children with hypospadias.Methods 180 cases of parents of children who accepted urethra hypospadias surgery in Foshan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from December 2012 to December 2014 were selected as study group.Self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-designed general situation questionnaire were adopted to conduct a questionnaire survey for parents of children with hypospadias.Results The anxiety score of parents of children with hypospadias was （53.41±9.85） points，which was higher than that of the national norm，with significant difference （t=31.736，P0.01）.Mother′s anxiety score was higher than that father′s.Parents with lower education level obtained higher anxiety scores.The family monthly income was lower，higher anxiety scores were achieved.Parents who were at their own expense had higher anxiety scores than that parents not at their own expense.Parents with less understanding of the operation mode had higher anxiety scores.Parents whose children′ urethral mouth was located in scrotum and penis junction （grade Ⅲ） and urethral mouth located in perineal position （grade Ⅱ） had higher anxiety scores than that the other two types.Conclusion The anxiety scores of parents of children with hypospadias are higher than that of the domestic norm and，which are affected by the parental role，awareness of the operation mode and the disease type and so on. 　　[Key words]Hypospadias； Parents of children pati
