左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗子宫腺肌病所致痛经临床疗效分析000002 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统（LNG-IUS）治疗子宫腺肌病所致痛经的临床疗效。 方法 回顾性分析2009年10月～2012年1月我院收治的52例子宫腺肌病患者的临床资料，按照治疗方式分为治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组采用左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统进行治疗，对照组采用孕三烯酮进行治疗。治疗12个月后，观察两组患者的子宫内膜厚度和子宫体积变化情况。 结果 治疗12个月后，两组患者的子宫内膜厚度和子宫体积与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗组患者在放置LNG-IUS后痛经分级明显下降，放置后3～6个月经周期痛经症状明显改善，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗子宫腺肌病，能快速减小患者的子宫内膜厚度和子宫体积，降低患者痛经情况，临床疗效显著。 　　[关键词] 左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统；子宫腺肌病；痛经 　　[中图分类号] R711.7 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2013）14-61-02 　　Clinical effect of the levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system in treatment of adenomyosis dysmenorrhea 　　FENG Zemin 　　Department of Gynecology，the Five Sense Organs Hospital of General Hospital of Daqing Oil Field Group，Daqing 163000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of the levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system（LNG-IUS） in treatment of adenomyosis dysmenorrhea. Methods The clinical information of 52 patients with adenomyosis in this hospital from October 2009 to January 2012 were chosen and analyzed.All patients were divided into the control group （24 cases） and experiment group （28 cases） according to the treatment method.The experiment group patients were treated by LNG-IUS and the control group patients were treated by gestrinone.After 12 months， the thickness of endometrium and uterine volume of two groups were recorded and compared. Results After 12 months， the thickness of endometrium and uterine volume of two groups were better than that before treatment （P0.05）.The grades of dysmenorrhea in the experiment group were significantly decreased after placed LNG-IUS，and dysmenorrhea symptoms were significantly relieved after placed 3-6 months，the differences were statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion LNG-IUS in treatment of adenomyosis dysmenorrhea can quickly decrease the endometrial thickness and uterine volume of patients， and reduce dysmenorrheal.That clinical effect is significant. 　　[Key words] Levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system；A
