三峡大学硕士学位论文三峡大学硕士学位论文 PAGE III PAGE III Abstract Objective Research the expression of nerve growth factor in ectopic lesions and endometrial in adenomyosis patients, combination with the serum CA125 level, analysis the relevance between NGF ,CA125 and dysmenorrhea in adenomyosis patients. Proposed basis for the pathogenesis and the treatment of adenomyosis dysmenorrhea. Methods We collect 17 patients who have panhysterectomy for the cause of a disease of adenomyosis as research group from July 1,2009 to June 30,2010.Fall them into 4 groups according to with or without dysmenorrhea and the degree of dysmenorrhea as no dysmenorrhea group, mild dysmenorrhea group, moderate dysmenorrhea group, severe dysmenorrhea group. Choose 12 patients who have panhysterectomy for the reason of hysteromyoma as control group in the corresponding time period. Use chemiluminescence’s method to detect the value of CA125 before operation. Use immunohistochemical method to detect the expression of nerve growth factor in endometria ectopic lesions in adenomyosis patients and normal endometria, normal muscular layer in hysteromyoma patients. Results 1.The value of CA125 in those who with dysmenorrhea are higher than normal. The value of CA125 in those who with hysteromyoma are in the normal range. 2. NGF is expressed in endometria in both groups. There are no significantly difference between two groups.(P0.05) 3.NGF is expressed in myometrium only in researching group. Its level changes with the degree of dysmenorrhea. There are prominent differences between two groups(P0.05). Conclusion The mechanism of dysmenorrhea happened in adenomyosis patients may be related with the expression in NGF. The rising expression of NGF in myometrium may result in dysmenorrhea.CA125 may be related with dysmenorrhea, NGF in adenomyosis patients.
