ABSTRACT
Due to the factors of large prices shifts of energy and Productive property , appreciation of the RMB and inflation,many enterprises fail to survive with
the current status. The transformation of slogan from "made in China" to "created in China" proved that the small and medium-sized enterprises of our country gradually entered a stage of transition. current situation is that many enterprises fall into the dilemma of the transformation and try to change the status quo by introducing the concept of design. But the conventional design strategy does help to solve the problems in the process of transformation. Through comparison and analysis, we put forward innovative design strategy to help these small and medium-sized enterprises out of difficulties.
This paper first introduces the research background and elicits the design strategy, present the status quo of small and medium-sized enterprises in China from three aspects: the government, the environment, and the enterprise . Then illustrate the difference between conventional design strategies and innovative design strategies by introducing a case and highlight the advantages of innovation design strategy through comparative and analysis. On this basis, the paper will combine the practical cases and analyse the innovative design strategy in three
aspects :social demand, production feasibility, business sustainable. Then it
will summarize and conclude the innovative design strategy point and compare it with the method of conventional design strategy to put forward innovative design system. Finally,combining with innovative design strategy,the paper put forward
a three step strategy for the transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises and illustrate what kind of design strategy point will an enterprise tend to apply in different development stage and how to use the correct strategy to make a factory become a brand owner the fourth chapter of practical part is a
