简易三阶梯镇痛疗法在骨科患者围手术期的临床应用研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探究骨科患者围手术期应用简易三阶梯镇痛疗法的临床效果。方法：选取2014年1月-2015年12月于本院接受骨科手术的62例患者作为研究对象，按数字奇偶法将其分为对照组30例和观察组32例，对照组行常规镇痛治疗，观察组行简易三阶梯镇痛。观察两组患者镇痛前后NRS评分、围手术期生活质量评分及不良反应发生情况。结果：两组患者镇痛前NRS评分比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05），镇痛后NRS评分均低于镇痛前，且观察组低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对骨科围手术期患者应用简易三阶梯镇痛相较于常规镇痛方法可明显改善患者疼痛情况，提高患者生活质量，不良反应小，值得临床应用与推广。 　　【关键词】 骨科； 围手术期； 三阶梯镇痛； 临床疗效 　　Clinical Application Research on Simple Three-step Analgesic Therapy in Patients with Orthopedic Perioperative/HUANG Mei-qiu，XIAO You-yun.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（27）：072-075 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of simple three-step analgesic therapy in patients with orthopedic perioperative.Method：From January 2014 to December 2015，62 cases of receiving orthopedic surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects，they were divided into 30 cases of the control group and 32 cases of the observation group according to the number of parity，the control group was treated with routine analgesic therapy and the observation group was treated with simple three-step analgesic therapy.NRS score before and after analgesia，the quality of life in the perioperative period and adverse reactions of two groups were observed.Result：There were no statistically significant in NRS score before analgesia of two groups（P0.05），NRS score after analgesia was lower than that of before analgesia，and the observation group was lower than that of the control gorup，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The scores of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Orthopedic perioperative patients with simple three-step analgesic therapy compared with conventional analgesia method can significantly improve patients pain，raise the quality of life，adverse reaction is small，it is worthy of clinical application and promotion. 　　【Key words】 Orthopaedics； Perioperative
