探讨甘露聚糖肽对口腔粘膜病临床疗效及对淋巴细胞作用 　　DOI：10.16662/j.cnki.1674-0742.2017.11.157 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨和分析甘露聚糖肽对口腔粘膜病的临床疗效及对淋巴细胞的作用。方法 该研究便利选择该院在2014年10月―2016年10月期间收治的94例口腔粘膜病患者作为研究主体，按患者入院顺序均分为甲组（47例）和乙组（47例），均给予甲乙两组患者常规治疗，甲组患者加用甘露聚糖肽进行治疗，对比甲乙两组患者的疗效和淋巴细胞水平。结果 甲组患者的治疗总有效率97.87%高于乙组患者的治疗总有效率85.11%，差??有统计学意义（P=0.0270.05）。甲组患者的CD3水平（69.78±5.41）%高于乙组患者的CD3水平（61.11±4.21）%，差异有统计学意义（P=0.0000.05）。甲组患者的CD4水平（35.42±3.57）%高于乙组患者的CD4水平（24.41±2.27）%，差异有统计学意义（P=0.0000.05）。甲组患者的CD8水平（23.43±2.51）%低于乙组患者的CD8水平（35.73±5.32）%，差异有统计学意义（P=0.0000.05）。结论 在口腔粘膜病患者的治疗中，甘露聚糖肽的应用效果确切，有效提高了患者的治疗效果，并且明显改善了患者的淋巴细胞因子水平，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 甘露聚糖肽；口腔粘膜病；临床疗效；淋巴细胞；作用 　　[中图分类号] R781.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）04（b）-0157-03 　　Study on Clinical Curative Effect of Mannatide for Diseases of Oral Mucosa and Effect on the Leukomonocyte 　　CAO Xin 　　Department of General Stomatology， Huizhou Sixth People’s Hospital， Huizhou， Guangdong Province， 516000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical curative effect of mannatide for diseases of oral mucosa and effect on the leukomonocyte.
