From been satisfied with just material life well being to a higher level - how to enjoy life, loosen body and mind – which means more in the spiritual [cultural] life. The appearance of scenic and historical interest areas meets the needs of people for traveling, people are more willing to go and enjoy a waterfront landscape of the scenic areas, which is also a kind of instinct. However, most of the scenic areas have many serious problems, such as been transportable conveniently, facilities may not complete, or even the ecological landscape was somehow destroyed. How to resolve all these problems existed in the scenic area? We will have to do some research on scenic rivers, make right decision on ecological landscape planning and desing of the scenic areas and scenic rivers, in order to find out the methods of resolving the problem.
