自拟通心活血汤结合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛的可行性 　　【摘 要】目的：探究自拟通心活血汤结合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛的可行性。方法：选取72例冠心病心绞痛患者，在我院于2016年3月至2017年3月进行治疗，两组各36例，观察组及对照组。取单纯性西药治疗的是观察组，在此基础上加以自拟通心活血汤治疗的是对照组。对比两组治疗后的心电图疗效及患者的心绞痛。结果：在经相应治疗之后，相较于对照组58.33%，观察组患者的心电图疗效83.33%更加优异，因此对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；在经相应治疗之后，相较于对照组72.22%，观察组患者的心绞痛疗效94.44%更加优异，因此对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：针对冠心病心绞痛患者，采用自拟通心活血汤结合西药治疗，可加快患者康复速度，缓解临床症状，改善患者生活质量，取得显著性治疗效果，具有临床应用价值。 　　【关键词】心绞痛；冠心病；通心活血汤；西药 　　Abstract Objective： To explore the feasibility of Tongxin Huoxue decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods： 72 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were selected and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017. there were 36 patients in each group， the observation group and the control group. The observation group was treated with simple western medicine， and the control group was treated with Tongxin Huoxue decoction. The curative effect of ECG and angina pectoris were compared between the two groups. Results： after the corresponding treatment， compared with the control group 58.33 %， the observation group of patients with ECG curative effect of 83.33 % more excellent， so the comparison difference was statistically significant （ p 0.05 ）； After the corresponding treatment， compared with the control group of 72.22 %， the observation group of patients with angina pectoris curative effect of 94.44 % more excellent， so the difference was statistically significant （ p 0.05 ）.
