l 摘 要 近年来，我国中小企业快速、健康和持续发展，并以其灵活的机制、强大的生命力和市场适应能力,对经济增长的贡献越来越大，成为中国经济社会发展的重要基础和强大推动力。但是，中小企业在管理上存在着各种各样的问题，在ERP的应用也日益普及的情况下，越来越多的中小企业迫切需要应用ERP来改善企业管理的现状，突破自身发展的制约和瓶颈，提高企业的竞争力，借助信息化的管理手段，助推企业的发展。然而,中小企业也明显存在着企业规模小、人才缺乏、资金短缺、技术落后、信息滞后、管理水平低和协同能力差等一系列问题，制约着ERP发挥其最大效力。本文通过对零公里石油化工有限公司在ERP实施方面的调查，着重分析ERP在该公司应用后带来怎样的效益与问题，并提出相应的解决措施，以促进其带来更大的经济效益，并希望能对其他将要或已经实施ERP的企业提供些许帮助。 关键字：零公里石化 ERP实施 调查 分析 Abstract In recent years, our country small and medium-sized enterprise rapid, healthy and sustainable development, and with its flexible mechanism, strong vitality and market adaptability, contribution to economic growth is more and more big, become the important foundation of China's economic and social development and a strong driving force.
