心理护理对乳腺癌术后化疗患者血清细胞因子的影响-精品资料 本文档格式为WORD,感谢你的阅读。 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨心理护理干预对乳腺癌术后化疗患者血清细胞因子的影响。 方法 选择66例乳腺癌改良根治术患者，术后均接受化疗，随机分为心理干预组与对照组。两组在化疗中均接受常规治疗及护理，心理干预组进行心理护理干预。观察两组患者治疗前后Zung焦虑量表（SAS）、Zung抑郁量表（SDS）、症状自评量表（SCL-90）及血清白介素-2（IL-2）、白介素-4（IL-4）、γ-干扰素（IFN-γ）水平的变化。 结果 两组患者化疗后的SAS、SDS、SCL-90评分均较化疗前明显升高（P0.05），且对照组升高的幅度较心理干预组更明显（P0.05）；同时两组患者化疗后IL-2、IL-4、IFN-γ数值均较化疗前升高（P0.05或P0.01），且心理干预组升高的幅度较对照组更明显（P0.05）。 结论 心理护理干预治疗乳腺癌术后化疗患者能有效地改善患者不良情绪，提高患者血清细胞因子含量，增强患者免疫力。 　　[关键词] 乳腺癌；术后化疗；心理护理；情绪；细胞因子 　　[] R473.73 [] B [] 1673-9701（2013）34-0129-02 　　Influence of psychological nursing intervention on serum cytokine of breast cancer patients treated with postoperative chemotherapy 　　CHEN Xiufen1 FANG Zhihong2 　　1.Department of Surgical Oncology，Zhejiang Taizhou Cancer Hospital， Wenling 317502，China；2.Department of Surgery，Zhejiang Taizhou Enze Medical Center，Taizhou 318050，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the influence of psychological nursing intervention on serum cytokine of breast cancer patients treated with postoperative chemotherapy.
