At present, the urbanization process of our country, land is indispensable to economic and social development of the resource, urbanization and land use development between interdependent, mutually restricts. Urban land resources use rationality and science directly relates to the development of China#39;s urbanization development and economic and social development, the rationality in the very great degree is to improve the efficiency of utilization of urban land. Therefore, how to improve the land utilization efficiency, promote the level of intensive use of land, is the urgent need to solve the process of urbanization in our country project.
