正常妊娠早中晚孕期血清甲状腺激素水平分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨正常妊娠早、中、晚期妇女甲状腺激素水平变化的特点。方法：应用化学发光技术检测深圳地区860例孕妇和209例健康非妊娠妇女血清中游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT3）、游离甲状腺素（FT4）及促甲状腺激素（TSH）的水平，其中孕早期308例，孕中期315例，孕晚期237例，并进行统计分析。结果：早孕组、中孕组、晚孕组FT3、FT4水平逐渐下降，与非孕组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。早孕组、中孕组TSH水平下降，与非孕组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；晚孕组TSH值回到未孕时，与早孕组、中孕组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：妊娠早、中、晚期妇女甲状腺激素水平不同于非妊娠妇女，建议通过孕期定期检测甲状腺激素水平，做到早发现、早治疗，从而减少对孕妇及胎儿的危害。 　　【关键词】 妊娠； 甲状腺激素； 促甲状腺激素 　　中图分类号 R817.4 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）14-0054-02 　　Analysis of Serum Thyroid Hormone Levels in the Three Trimester of Normal Pregnancy Woman/LI Li-hua，ZHOU Xi-you，ZHANG Hui-lian，et al.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（14）：54-55 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the change characteristics of the serum thyroid hormone levels in the three trimester of normal pregnancy women Method：The serum free triiodothyronine （FT3）， free thyroxine （FT4） and thyroid stimulating hormone （TSH） levels was measured using automated chemiluminescence immunoassa in Shenzhen area of 860 cases pregnant women and 209 cases healthy non-pregnant women， which 308 cases of early pregnancy， 315 cases of the second trimester， the third trimester of 237 cases， and make the statistical analysis.
