独立院校金融工程专业实践教学思考 　　摘 要 随着经济全球化与金融国际化的不断发展，金融业的运行对金融工程思想、金融工程技术的依赖越来越大，高素质、复合型、国际化的金融工程人才成为金融行业的稀缺资源。独立院校在培养金融工程专业人才方面具有独特的优势，如果其能够构建科学的金融工程实践教学体系，则会对提高金融工程专业学生的实践能力提供有效帮助。基于此，本文首先分析了独立院校金融工程专业实践教学的定位，然后从理论基础、整体规划等方面提出了独立院校构建金融工程专业实践教学体系的几点措施，以期能促进金融工程人才的全方位发展。 　　关键词 独立院校 金融工程 实践教学 人才培养 　　中图分类号：G424 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/j.cnki.kjdks.2017.08.049 　　Reflections on the Practice Teaching of Financial Engineering Specialty 　　in Independent Colleges 　　TANG Haixia 　　（Huashang College， Guangdong University of Business Studies， Guangzhou， Guangdong 511300） 　　Abstract With the continuous development of economic globalization and financial internationalization， financial industry operation more and reliance on financial engineering， financial engineering technology more， financial engineering talents of high-quality， complex， the internationalization of the financial industry has become scarce resources.
