管道压浆剂在基坑支护中应用 　　摘要：现今使用的水泥浆体系不能完全满足桩锚支护的需要，达不到防止蹿槽和促凝及微膨胀的目的，为了缩短锚索浆体强度达到张拉的要求时间，实现加快土方开挖进度的目的，本文针对这些问题研发了一种新的体系――压浆剂灌浆料体系，实验表明：该浆料具有温度使用范围广、微膨胀、沉降稳定性好、抗压强度高、流变性能好等优良性能。在基坑施工中引进了压浆剂掺入水泥浆，作为锚索注浆浆体材料，平均每道锚索施工至张拉由以前的7d～10d缩短至 4d～5d，能够满足工程实际的需要，压浆剂的应用成果对其他类似工程的设计和施工具有一定的指导作用和借鉴作用。本文介绍了压浆剂的产品特点、使用背景、施工工艺、现场试验、质量控制要点及效益分析。实践证明，在基坑施工中采用压浆剂施工锚索能够确保基坑安全，加快施工速率及综合效益显著。 　　Abstract： The cement slurry system used today can not fully meet the needs of pile and anchor support， and not achieve the purpose of preventing pockets and promoting coagulation and micro-expansion. In order to shorten the time required to reach the tensile strength of the anchor rope slurry and achieve the goal of accelerating the progress of earthwork excavation， a grouting agent grouting material system is developed. Results show that the slurry has good properties such as wide application range of temperature， slight expansion， good settling stability， high compressive strength and good rheological property. In the foundation pit construction， the cement slurry is introduced into the foundation pit construction used as the grouting material for the anchor cable. The average construction time of each cable is shortened from 7～10 days to 4～5 days， meeting the practical needs of the project. The application of grouting agent has a reference for the design and construction of other similar projects. This paper introduces the product characteristics， application background， construction technology， field test， quality control points and benefit analysis of grouting agent.
