肛肠治疗仪与外剥内扎硬注术治疗环状混合痔疗效探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨肛肠治疗与外剥内扎硬注术治疗环状混合痔患者的临床效果。方法 随机抽取2015年4―2015年12月期间在该院确诊为环状混合痔的96例患者，并将96例患者随机分为治疗1组和治疗2组，采用肛肠治疗仪对治疗1组患者实施治疗，采用外剥内扎硬注术对治疗2组患者实施治疗，对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 治疗1组患者的手术时间为（17.9±2.2）min，创口愈合时间为（20.6±2.9）d，较治疗2组患者的（25.6±2.1）min、（26.8±3.1）d短，P0.05，术后12 h、24 h的VAS评分分别为（3.9±1.0）分、和（3.2±0.8）分，较治疗组患者的（5.2±1.3）分和（4.4±0.9）分短，术后并发症发生率为4.2%，较治疗2组患者的18.8%低，P0.05。结论 与外剥内扎硬注术比较，肛肠治疗仪治疗环状混合痔操作更为简便，安全性更高，能够促进患者术后早日康复。 　　[关键词] 环状混合痔；肛肠治疗仪；外剥内扎硬注术；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R65 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）06（b）-0058-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the treatment of anorectal diseases and stripping internal ligation hard injection operation in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids patients clinical effect. Methods Randomness extraction in April 2015 to December 2015 period in our hospital were diagnosed 96 cases of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids patients. 96 patients were randomly divided into treatment group 1 and treatment group 2. The therapeutic instrument to implement treatment in 1 groups， with Milligan Morgan sclerotherapyin treatment of 2 groups of patients， the clinical treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time of the 1 groups was（17.9 ± 2.2） min， wound healing time was （20.6 ± 2.9） d. Compared with the 2 groups of patients （25.6 ± 2.1） min， （26.8 ± 3.1） d， P0.05， 12h after operation， the 24h VAS scores were（3.9 ± 1.0） and （3.2 ± 0.8）， compared with patients in the treatment group （5.2 ± 1.3） and （4.4 ± 0.9t）， postoperative complication rate was 4.2%， compared with 2 groups of patients with low 18.8%，P0.05.
