肝炎门诊治疗后复发影响因素分析 　　[摘要] 目的 观察传染科门诊肝炎病人治疗达标，但停药后又复发的原因，分析其主要的影响因素，寻找相应的解决办法。 方法 收集本院传染科门诊经治疗后复发的肝炎病人60例及未复发的病人120例。观察患者的年龄、性别、是否从事夜班职业、烟酒史、白蛋白营养状况、应用损肝药物、饮食状况、心理因素等可能引起肝炎复发的因素进行回归分析。 结果 发现这些因素中，与肝炎复发相关的是：性别，上班不规律的职业，吸烟，饮酒，辛辣油腻饮食，合并糖尿病，用伤肝药，用化疗药，存在免疫抑制这些因素，均为危险因素，P0.05，需要重点注意防范。 结论 可以影响门诊肝炎病人治疗效果，应及早提醒病人生活中注意及做出预防措施，医疗上及早防范，意义重大。 　　[关键词] 传染科门诊；肝炎复发；影响因素；相关分析 　　[中图分类号] R512.63 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）14-241-04 　　Analysis of influencing factors of recurrence after hepatitis clinic treatment 　　WANG Xiang WU Geyi CHEN Ji 　　Zhanjiang Second Peoples Hospital，Zhanjiang 524023，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the infectious diseases outpatient treatment of hepatitis patients standard，but after the withdrawal of the recurrence of the reasons，to analyze the main influencing factors are analyzed，and to find the corresponding solutions. Methods 60 cases of recurrent hepatitis and 120 cases without recurrence after treatment in infectious disease clinic of our hospital were selected.The factors such as age，sex，whether to engage in night shift，alcohol and tobacco history，albumin，nutritional status，the use of liver damage drugs，diet and psychological factors may cause recurrence of hepatitis were observed and carried on regression analysis. Results In these factors，the association with hepatitis recurrence was gender，irregular work，smoking，drinking，and a spicy，greasy diet.Combined with diabetes mellitus，the use of liver cancer drugs，the presence of chemotherapy drugs，the presence of immunosuppression，these factors were risk factors，P0.05，we needed to pay attention to prevention.
